General description of the lab

The Transformation Services Laboratory performs basic and applied research, provides training and delivers services in the following areas:

• Design and modeling of business process management and value networks, based on strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Delivery of high quality consulting and technical services in order to improve competitiveness and increase the value of provided services

• Combined use of e-learning technologies and web services for the achievement of a more suitable adaption of electronic digital objects to the demands and needs of individual users

• Delivery of software and services for the linkage of digital educational content to digital libraries

• Design, implementation and evaluation of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) based systems and applications
